Position: Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a bilingual customer service specialist to work with a major US Ecommerce company. Who has excellent communication skills in English and charisma to provide an excellent experience, to resolve doubts, queries and help in the buying processes of our customers either by chats, emails or calls.

Salary:

$ COP + Aux. Transportation

Modality:

Hybrid

  • 100% face-to-face during the first month (training + nesting)
  • Then, hybrid modality (3 days Home Office + 2 days face-to-face) according to performance.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Sunday, availability between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m.
  • 44 hours per week + 1 hour of lunch and breaks
  • 2 days off per week (can be consecutive or not)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in call-centers billingue in CSR campaigns
  • Intermediate-advanced conversational English (B2+)
  • Good command of digital tools
  • Excellent attitude and communication
