Job Description
The customer service representative (CSR) will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses to inquiries and requests. This role is key to coordinating logistics processes and maintainig strong relationships with both internal teams extenal partners.
**Key responsabilities**:
- Manage and track shipments, order statuses, and client requests.
- Coordinate with warehouse, traffic, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and logistics transactions.
- Prepare reports, shipment documentation, and data entry in ERP systems.
- Assist with resolving discrepancies, delays, and customer concerns proactively.
- Support continuous improvement efforts and process documentation.
