Customer Service Representative Coordinator (CSR Coordinator)

Marshall’s Specialty Services is looking for a Full-Time Customer Service Representative Coordinator (CSR Coordinator) to join our expanding and dynamic team!

In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will be answering phones, scheduling, and providing administrative support to all departments within the company. The ideal candidate will have top-notch customer service skills, computer skills, exceptional time and process management skills, be self-driven, adaptable, and a problem solver. We will provide training on each new task you are introduced to, so you won't be placed in a sink or swim situation.
