Job Summary
Navitas Partners, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support county operations in Maricopa County, AZ. The CSR will provide professional assistance to the public by delivering accurate information, resolving inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities




  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person




  • Provide information on county services, programs, and procedures




  • Assist with applications, forms, and required documentation




  • Resolve complaints professionally and efficiently




  • Document interactions and maintain records in county systems




  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction




  • Adhere to all county policies and compliance standards




Qualifications




  • High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s degree preferred)




  • Customer service experience; government or public sector experience preferred




  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills




  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems




  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
