Job Description

You will resolve customer service issues for complex, multi-country, or multi-regional accounts, liaise between customers and appropriate internal organizations such as sales, manufacturing, logistics, and service delivery to resolve customer inquiries and inspire changes to production and/or shipping schedules and price changes. You may also be responsible for project management of country, regional or multi-country projects and lead customer service projects requiring coordination with other functions.
