Our client, a professional firm in the Technology industry is looking to engage a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher, to support the needs of both the clients and staff.
This position involves being the primary point of contact for:
- Answer all incoming service calls and requests for Technical support.
- Assigning and scheduling Technical Resources to complete work
- Follow up with Technical Resources regarding assigned work
- Scheduling work directly with the customer
- Assigning proper resources needed to complete any given project, installation, or IT service request.
The role requires keeping multiple balls in the air, managing the Technical team’s scheduling, and maximizing their efficiencies and making certain to achieve established company goals.

**Salary**: $9,009.73 - $19,853.67 per month
