Key Responsibilities:
- Process guest transactions in a timely and efficient manner.
- Verify identities and resolve any discrepancies.
- Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
To be successful in this role, you should have relevant experience, a diploma/BS degree in hospitality management, and proficiency in English. An additional European language is an asset.
Additionally, you must be punctual, well-groomed, and compliant with hotel rules and regulations. Flexibility is also required as you will work varying shifts.
