Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Cashier . The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process guest transactions in a timely and efficient manner.
• Verify identities and resolve any discrepancies.
• Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.

To be successful in this role, you should have relevant experience, a diploma/BS degree in hospitality management, and proficiency in English. An additional European language is an asset.

Additionally, you must be punctual, well-groomed, and compliant with hotel rules and regulations. Flexibility is also required as you will work varying shifts.
