Responsibilities: • Creating Service Work orders. • Create Return Authorization’s (RMA) to end customer including shipment of units. • Provide back-up to Customer Care Team, including responding to email, phone inquires, processing demo and/or loaners for shipment and retrieval. Processing of quotaion for time and meterail & Credits and Debit. • Respond and resolve all customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner. • Other duties as required and requested by Top Management or Manager. • Adhere and enforce all safety policies and procedures. • Comply with all applicable U.S. Food and Drug Administration (U.S. FDA) medical device regulatory requirements, applic...
