Description We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in El Cajon, California. This Contract to permanent position requires handling both inbound and outbound calls to manage customer appointments effectively. The role involves working with warm and hot leads, ensuring successful communication and booking goals are met in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage a high volume of daily inbound and outbound calls, ranging from 50 to 70 calls per day.
• Schedule and confirm customer appointments with a goal of securing 10 bookings daily.
