The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional support to our Farsi and English-speaking clients, resolving inquiries efficiently with a value-based relationship approach such as upselling and cross-selling, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will work in a team of culturally diverse professionals who support each other in delivering impactful results.
