Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns related to financial products and services with professionalism and empathy
  • Provide support through multiple channels such as phone, chat, and text in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Navigate multiple systems while following work policies and procedures
  • Escalate complex issues and work closely with supervisors and team members
