Genesis10 is seeking a Client Support Specialist for a 6-month contract position with a client located in Franklin, WI. This role is 100% onsite and has 8 open positions. 



Compensation: $20.00 per hour.

Summary:

The Client Support Specialist will support clients and field members—primarily through call center operations—by resolving inquiries related to the consumer website and mobile app. This role focuses on delivering a distinctive client experience, resolving issues efficiently, and proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Support clients and field members with issues related to login, registration, password resets, navigation, and general content on the consumer website and mobile app.
