Market Research Screening Specialist

  • Temp to hire opportunity
  • Located in Ijamsville (Frederick County)
  • In office, no remote work offered
  • Monday-Friday
  • 9:00am-5:00pm with a 30 minute paid lunch break

    • Description:

  • Conduct outbound calls to individuals who have signed up for paid market research opportunities, screening and scheduling participants.
  • Utilize a provided contact list and screening script, with calls ranging from 5 to 20 minutes per person.
  • Screen potential participants to determine eligibility for specific market research projects, then schedule qualifying individuals for their next steps.
  • Performance is measured by the number of successful participant screenings and scheduled appointments.
  • Work with a large database of over 100,000 contacts, using CRM software for heavy data entry, including copy and paste tasks.
  • Ideal candidates are articulate, friendly, punctual, and able to work a full 40-hour week.

    • Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 1 year recent experience in customer service
  • Minimum 1 year recent experience working in a professional office environment
  • CRM and data entry experience a must
  • Friendly, professional demeanor, articulate and clear communication
  • Must be able to work full time hours
