Role Overview
As a Customer Service Representative / Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for marketing our consultants (OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, GC, USC) to prime vendors and direct clients across the US. You will handle the full sales cycle including sourcing requirements, negotiating rates, coordinating interviews and ensuring successful placements.
