Salary & Compensation

Base Salary: €1,300 gross/month

Performance Bonus: Up to €150/month

Night Shift Premium: +25% per hour

Sundays & Public Holidays: +75% per hour

Key Responsibilities
-
Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring professionalism and empathy at all times.

Assist customers with product-related issues, troubleshooting, and warranty claims for consumer electronics.

Deliver clear and accurate information about products and services to support informed purchasing decisions.

Resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary.

Participate in regular training and feedback sessions to enhance product knowledge and service quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Language Requirements

German (C1+) – Native-level fluency

English (B2) – Intermediate communication skills
Profile Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team

Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
Legal Requirements

EU Citizenship, Full-purpose or Specific-purpose work permit, or Certificate of Protection (for refugees)
