Job Description

As a German-speaking Customer Service Representative, you help customers in German by phone and email. You listen carefully, think along, and solve questions about orders, deliveries or payments. You leave every customer with a smile and a clear answer.
Do

  • Handle customer conversations in German. In your own way, without using scripts.
  • Listen closely, ask the right questions, and find the best possible solution for the customer.
  • Stay calm and professional when facing difficult questions or resistance.
  • Help customers flexibly from your own workspace. Monday to Saturday, between 08:00 and 23:59.
