Job Description
**As a Customer Service Representative you will:
- Perform order processing tasks including order entry, scheduling, order maintenance, expedites, OEP, returns, debits and credits, shipment coordination, etc. as requested by the customer. Support of and coordination with the Sales team in the pursuit and follow-up to customer requirements.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Able to speak both English fluently
- Strong communication skills
- Strong problem solving and teamwork skills
- Must be able to interface with all levels of management both internal and with external customers
