This position belongs to the Business Process Solutions (BPS) area of the company.
J͏ob responsibilities:
Solving telephone requests from existing customers.
Providing information about products and services (additional services, tariffs).
Providing information on Billing for services and payments for customer's services.
Resolving customer complaints.
Work with Service Requests and their transfer to all competent departments (creation, sending, closing, informing the customer about the status of the request).
R͏equirements:
1 - 3 years of experience in Customer Care.
English Advanced level.
High School graduated.
