Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats with international clients.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Provide accurate details about our products and services.
- Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues effectively.

- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills (mandatory).
- Empathy & Professionalism: Ability to manage customer concerns with care.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Freshers welcome; prior international BPO/customer service experience a plus.
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
