Key Responsibilities
- Omnichannel Support: Provide seamless online and voice support to a diverse global customer base.
- Problem Solving: Resolve known issues by leveraging Product User Guides and internal knowledge bases.
- First Contact Resolution (FCR): Take ownership of enquiries to resolve them at the first point of contact, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- End-to-End Ownership: Assist customers with technical requests, general information, and product upgrades with confidence and timeliness.
