TEKsystems is hiring Customer Service Representatives to work an ON-SITE schedule for a client located in Harrisburg, PA.

These positions will offer the opportunity to learn and grow with a well-established organization. Also, the managers are well known for providing coaching and care for their employees.

This is a customer support role which will focus on healthcare entity customers. These positions are moderate call volume (40-50 calls per day), inbound calls in a scripted setting. NO COLD CALLS.

Job Description
- Handling phone calls in a blended (inbound and outbound) call center environment with healthcare entity customers to assist on self-pay balances, secure payments, update insurance information, explain charges, and handle disputes
