Research and resolve issues reported by the client's end-users via phone,
Reset users passwords
Cancellations
Handle billing inquiries
Reinstatements
Handle payments and refunds
Handle escalations
**Requirements**:
Must be willing to complete assessments that include a typing test of 35+ wpm.
Great communication skills, written and orally.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Work on site from Monday-Friday.
Transportation available during training.
