Job Description
The Auto CSR position requires a dynamic and detail-oriented individual responsible for communicating with consumers and dealer-clients of Auto Credit Express and CarsDirect.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
Document and update customer information in proprietary CRM systems
Field general inquiries and provide outstanding client solutions
Interact and dialogue with consumers and dealer-clients via telephone and email
Verify accuracy of customer applications and personal information
Set and calendar appointments to ensure maximum sales opportunities for dealer-clients
