Job Responsibilities:
Manage 60-100 inbound calls daily, delivering prompt and professional customer service. Process new distributor contracts and ensure accurate and up-to-date information in the distributor database. Accurately input orders received from distributors via phone, fax, and email. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner. Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, ideally in a call center for a manufacturing company, handling incoming product orders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities with great attention to detail.
