Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage 60-100 inbound calls daily, delivering prompt and professional customer service.
  • Process new distributor contracts and ensure accurate and up-to-date information in the distributor database.
  • Accurately input orders received from distributors via phone, fax, and email.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, ideally in a call center for a manufacturing company, handling incoming product orders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with great attention to detail.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and excelling in a fast-paced environment.
