Overview

We urgently need a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a one-day process, and you can start immediately! Apply now! The position is based in our hybrid setup at IT Park in Cebu City.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from any part of the globe that the call originates from
  • Manage general reservations and changes to all reservations
  • Handle customer complaints and provide first time resolution

Salary and Benefits

  • Up to 24,000 salary package (depends with the BPO experience)
  • Night Differential
  • HMO Day 1

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's graduate (With at least 12 months BPO experience)
  • College Undergraduate (With at least 12 months BPO experience)
