Adecco is assisting a local Client located in the North Side for a Monitor Recovery Representative
Job Purpose
Addressing patients and internal customers concerns by phone or electronically. Make outbound calls & receive calls advising patient's to return equipment when complete or verifying patients delivery address to prepare for shipments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
2. Provide responsive & reliable customer service. Addressing patient and customers questions & concerns with positive approach & a can-do attitude to conclude with win - win outcomes.
3. Coordinate with other internal departments as necessary.
4. Review Data base for patient demographics.
5. Performing & identifying the appropriate actions necessary to achieve the completion of the task ensuring we obtain results, meet deadlines, quotas, and performance goals.
