Job Description

Job Characteristics:Provides customer service support by processing purchase orders and customer requirements; provides prompt follow-up actions to customer inquiries and issues. Requires decision making skills in resolving customer problems, communicating issues, and maintaining customer data in the order entry and order processing systems.
Education/Work Experience:Degree completed or in process, plus one to three years of customer service experience at call center or professional business environment preferably. Desirable bilingual proficiency.
Independence Level/Reports to:Under general supervision. Authority to take action is limited to established policy. Normally reports to Customer Service Supervisor or Customer Service Manager.
