Handle and respond to customer emails, providing updates as needed (Drayage Shipment).Manage load acceptance and appointment bookings via email.Provide customers with ETA updates.Possess knowledge of tracking and tracing shipments.Proficient in using TMS (Transportation Management Systems).Experience in handling drayage shipments.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Understanding of the trucking industry.Maintain attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Prior experience in logistics customer service is required.Worked in Canada base trucking company.Having a good knowledge of Drayage Shipment.Having knowledge of Rail Terminals.
