We are hiring Customer Care / Technical Support Associates to assist customers across domains, hosting, email, and telecom services . The role involves handling queries via chat, email, and calls , ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with domain, hosting, DNS, name servers, SSL, cPanel/Plesk .
  • Troubleshoot issues like DNS delays, website downtime, WordPress setup, email failures .
  • Handle device setup, activation, billing, ...
