Role Overview
We are hiring Customer Care / Technical Support Associates to assist customers across domains, hosting, email, and telecom services. The role involves handling queries via chat, email, and calls, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with domain, hosting, DNS, name servers, SSL, c Panel/Plesk.
- Troubleshoot issues like DNS delays, website downtime, Word Press setup, email failures.
- Handle device setup, activation, billing, and account concerns.
- Escalate complex problems while maintaining SLA, compliance, and documentation.
- Deliver excellent customer experience across Chat/Email/Voice channels
