Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Good communication with sales team / Customers to make sure orders are received correctly .
• Work as Oracle OM user to accurately and timely issue SO in Oracle system and follow up the production schedule with local supporting dept to fulfill customer demand.
• For local produce items , work closely with logistic team to arrange shipment and fix any issue if accured. Handle in-land logistic including all affairs in the port such as customs clearance, and transportation to warehouse and to customers.
• For import items , work with US/ China team closely to monitor physical status and offer related CI/PL for shipping . Close sales order timely once Bill of Loading done .
• Sample order ship control .
• Issue invoice and post to customer side regularly.
• Inventory review: Review related inventory report and monitor slob consumption . Collect sales data and work closely with sales to achieve monthly sales goal...
