Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries related to hotel reservations, changes, cancellations, and payments
  • Communicate with hotels and accommodation partners via phone and email
  • Manage various customer cases including booking confirmation, payment issues, and cancellations
  • Provide multi-channel customer support through phone, chat, and email



Job Requirements

  • No specific education or experience required (fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • English communication skills required
  • (Business-level English preferred / OPIC IH or above is a plus)
  • Experience in handling overseas customers is a plus
  • Basic IT skills (PC usage, information search, work tools)
  • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment
