Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to hotel reservations, changes, cancellations, and payments
- Communicate with hotels and accommodation partners via phone and email
- Manage various customer cases including booking confirmation, payment issues, and cancellations
- Provide multi-channel customer support through phone, chat, and email
Job Requirements
- No specific education or experience required (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Strong customer service mindset
- English communication skills required
- (Business-level English preferred / OPIC IH or above is a plus)
- Experience in handling overseas customers is a plus
- Basic IT skills (PC usage, information search, work tools)
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment
