We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our team in our Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our valued clients in English and Mandarin.
What you'll be doing
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing product information and guidance to customers
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting customer problems, and providing appropriate solutions
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or management
- Adhering to and upholding company policies and procedures
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support
