Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will support our global members who hold Global Employer Health (GEH) insurance by handling enquiries related to benefits, claims, and policy information.
This role is ideal for individuals who are early in their customer service career but eager to learn, grow, and build expertise in a fast-paced international environment. You will work closely with senior team members and the Team Manager to handle customer interactions, follow established processes, and deliver a consistent, high-quality service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for member enquiries through email and telephone.
- Provide accurate information regarding health insurance benefits, policy coverage, and claim requirements.
