Customer Service Representative

A large property management organization in Laguna Woods is seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives for their call center. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, multi-tasker who can hit the ground running in their Resident Services Division.  The Resident Services Division is the organization’s central customer service hub for all resident inquiries. Representatives handle a large volume of resident phone calls and service requests with the highest level of patience and professionalism.  This is a temp to hire opportunity. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM. The pay is $20 an hour.
