  • Keep records of customer interactions and update accounts/documents.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service (BPO experience preferred).
  • Excellent English Communication Skills: Fluent in both spoken and written English.
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
