This is a contract to permanent position, offering the opportunity to transition into a stable role after three months. The role involves supporting lead generation efforts in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
Responsibilities:
• Complete a mandatory one-week training program to ensure familiarity with company processes and expectations.
• Make outbound calls to insurance and mortgage companies using pre-approved scripts.
• Handle a high volume of calls, averaging 300 or more daily.
• Adhere to schedules, including one-hour lunch breaks and two 15-minute rest periods.
