Responsibilities:

+ Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner

+ Resolve issues, address complaints, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction

+ Document customer interactions and transactions accurately

+ Filing and processing orders.

+ Uphold our company’s standards for personalized and efficient service

Requirements

+ Prior office experience handling phone calls is preferred.

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

+ Attention to detail and ability to multitask

+ Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
