Requirements

  • Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) and English .
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work on given shift.
  • Willingness to work at the Penang site.

Responsibilities
