Job Description

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our client in Marietta, GA. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working with email, phone, and spreadsheet-based processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders accurately and courteously in a timely manner following Sales Order procedures. 
  • Respond to customer inquiries, technical product questions, and service requests via phone and email. 
  • Maintain customer records, pricing details, correspondence, quotes, and invoices. 
  • Handle returns, credits, replacements, and product complaints in coordination with QA. 
  • Support invoicing accuracy, order documentation, and inventory coordination with Warehouse.
