Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you are responsible to provide outstanding service to our client's customers by; scheduling deliveries, handling general inquires, addressing concerns/issues, listening to complaints, troubleshooting problems, and communicating necessary information to our delivery crews.

A typical day would include:

  • Contacting customers to schedule/reschedule deliveries.
  • Communicating information to delivery crews.
  • Verifying status of deliveries with drivers and keeping customers updated
  • Responding to customer/vendor queries regarding the status of their orders
  • Working alongside dispatch to accommodate customer requests
  • De-escalating situations by providing workable alternatives that satisfy the customer
  • Taking accurate notes of conversations with customers/vendors and keeping our system updated on any and all changes to their order status.
