Game Support Specialist (Part-Time)


Job Responsibilities


As a part-time Game Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling escalated customer service tickets. Your primary goal will be to resolve non-in-game currency or score editing issues by reviewing game knowledge from product development documentation and collaborating with the development team.


The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service principles and be able to provide clear instructions to Level 1 CS contractors based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You must also be familiar with CRM tools such as Aihelp/Helpshift and possess a basic understanding of casual games or card games.
