What You Will Experience in this position:
- Order and quote entry into the ERP system.
- Management of customer back orders and lead-time inquiries, including working with Planning and Manufacturing to resolve accurate shipping dates.
- Resolution of price discrepancies identified at the time of order.
You have:
- Academic background in Business Administration or related.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a Customer Service is required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge, skills & abilities:_
- Knowledge of ERP/order management systems JDE Preferred.
- English required.
- Strong communication/social skills.
- Ability to multi-task and balance shifting priorities to satisfy customer requests.<...
