About the Role
We're looking for a customer-focused Customer Support Representative who thrives in live conversations and takes full ownership of customer outcomes.
This is a high-touch, phone-first role. About 80% of your day will be spent on calls, supporting customers, clarifying situations, and ensuring issues move forward with confidence and professionalism.
This is not a technical role. Success comes from strong communication skills, good judgment, proactive follow-up, and emotional intelligence, especially when information may be incomplete or processes are still evolving.

Customers feel informed, supported, and confident after speaking with you
Issues are owned end-to-end, not passed around
Follow-ups happen proactively, without being asked
Conversations stay calm, clear, and professional—even under pressure
Internal teams trust your judgment and communication
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions primarily via phone (approx. 80%)
Communicate clearly and confidently, ensuring customers understand next steps
Proactively follow up on customer needs and anticipate potential issues
Support a variety of scenarios, even when processes aren't fully defined
Maintain a positive, calm, and professional attitude at all times
