Location: Remote (Mexico) Language: Excellent / Fluent English About the Role We’re looking for a customer-focused Customer Support Representative who thrives in live conversations and takes full ownership of customer outcomes. This is a high-touch, phone-first role . About 80% of your day will be spent on calls , supporting customers, clarifying situations, and ensuring issues move forward with confidence and professionalism. ⚠️ This is not a technical role . Success comes from strong communication skills, good judgment, proactive follow-up, and emotional intelligence , especially when information may be incomplete or processes are still evolving.
