CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Essential Functions:
Responsible for:
• Performing the data entry, intake, tracking, processing and coordination of sales into the Company.
• Organizing documents, reports and other attachments related to funding applications into the Company’s systems.
• Accessing business credit reports, reviewing information and make initial submission decisions in light of Company’s product guidelines and completeness of submission.
• Following instructions and input from underwriting / sales relative to work performed.
• Communicating directly with agents, merchants and prospects to correct and/or improve the submissions and timelines.
• Delivering on related duties and activities as may be assigned.
Information gathered may include confidential and sensitive information of the Company and its agents and merchants. Time and performance on duties is tracked for quality control and performance metrics on ...
