Job Description
**What you will do**
- Receive and manage migration cases from bronze accounts on QUEUE line and assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and other clerical functions.
- Serve as the first point of contact for bronze migration information or doubts.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with staff.
- Dealing with and resolving high-volume customer queries quickly in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Identifying the need to escalate more complex queries to the relevant teams or departments.
- Liaising with internal teams to find resolutions for customer issues.
- Working within SLAs - To target migration handle.
- Updating and managing the CRM tool for all customer issues.
- Attend, contribute and present at team meetings and other internal events.
- Understand company needs to add growth to accounts through renewals and upsell opportunities.
