Objective: Achieve customer satisfaction with the best level of service in its class and act as competently as possible in terms of logistics.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent English (oral and written) ESSENTIAL
- 2 years of experience in a similar position
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of shipping logistics rules.
- Desirable experience with purchase order processing and shipment tracking software.
- Ability to identify and solve problems and complex situations related to purchase orders, returns and guarantees.
