Job Summary:

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-centric professionals to handle customer queries, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions. As a Customer Support Executive, you'll be the voice of our company, ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships.


Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer calls and respond to queries via email/chat

- Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions

- Meet performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction

- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experience

- Continuously learn and improve product knowledge and customer service skills


Requirements:

- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

- 10+2 or Graduate degree in any discipline

- Not pursuing any full-time course

- Freshers and experienced candidates welcome

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends

- Competitive salary: ₹25,000 - ₹28,000 CTC per month
